About Sally

I’m Sally, and nothing makes me happier than helping people rediscover their strengths and reconnect with their truth, and remember the power of something as simple, and extraordinary, as a smile.

I live on a farm in the Wimmera, surrounded by open spaces, golden paddocks, and the quiet hum of life that grounds me. It’s peaceful now, but it wasn’t always this way. I know what it feels like to be where you might be right now lonely, disconnected, and wondering how life ended up so far from what you’d imagined.

I grew up in the Wimmera and moved towns at ten. I struggled to fit in and spent years feeling like I didn’t belong. When I finally left for university, I thought I was escaping, chasing a bigger, brighter life that would make me feel whole but only a few years later, I found myself back in the place I’d run from, having fallen in love with a farmer who caught me with his smile.

Even then, I kept searching for belonging in all the wrong places, through busyness, exercise, and relentless goals. I believed if I worked hard enough, the feelings of not being enough would disappear, but they didn’t; they only grew louder.

Your smile can change the world

Everything changed when I finally stopped running and when I slowed down enough to breathe, listen, and ask who I really was beneath all the striving. When I stopped performing and started being present, something shifted. Joy returned, not through big achievements, but through small, human moments including a shared laugh, a kind word, a smile.

That’s when I realised something powerful — a smile isn’t just an expression, it’s a ripple. It can calm your nervous system, lift your mood, and remind you of connection even when life feels heavy. It’s the smallest act that can spark the biggest change, both in you and in others.

With my background in psychology, fitness, and community development, and over four decades of lived experience, I’ve learned transformation doesn’t come from striving, but from softening. It begins when we stop trying to be someone else and start coming home to ourselves.

I listen deeply , not just to what’s said, but to the quiet stories underneath. Together, we uncover what’s holding you back, rebuild your confidence, and reignite that spark that’s always been there.

Because when you find the courage to show up as your true self, something beautiful happens. The world starts smiling back.
