I start each day under the wide Wimmera sky, but life hasn’t always felt this open. I know what it’s like to live behind a capable smile while wondering if the life you’re living is really yours. To feel like you’re doing everything right and still sense that quiet ache for something deeper, truer, freer.
Maybe your people have been escaping into work, into busyness, into being what everyone else needs. I get it, because for a long time, I did too.
That’s why my work isn’t about fixing your people, it’s about finding your people.
Your people already carry the strength, wisdom, and spark they need to build a life that feels like home. My role is simply to help your people see it, trust it, and let it breathe again.

My background in psychology, fitness, and community development helps me guide the process , but your people lead the way.
